Danilo Kovilic

Danilo Kovilic currently serves as the PAC Chairman for Supporters of URS86, where successful campaigning led to a referendum for a $35 million expansion of Union Ridge School. With extensive experience in education, Danilo has been an elementary school teacher and substitute teacher for Union Ridge School District 86 since January 2019, alongside prior roles as a student teacher at Prairie Crossing Charter School and as a paraeducator and support staff in various organizations. Before pursuing a career in education, Danilo worked in construction for over 14 years at Kovilic Construction Co., Inc. Danilo holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Western Governors University, a Master of Arts from Columbia College Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts from Carthage College.
