Anthony Mastellone

Anthony Mastellone is the current President at Union Square Events. Anthony has been in this position since February 2020. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President at Sodexo from July 1995 to February 2020. Before that, they were the Sous Chef and Executive Chef at Marriott International from November 1987 to July 1995.

Anthony Mastellone attended St. John's University for their undergraduate degree and The French Culinary Institute for their culinary arts degree.
