Karen Corbid

Associate Director Of Human Resources at Union Station Homeless Services

Karen Corbid has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Karen started their career in 1982 at Big Brothers of Greater Los Angeles, where they held the positions of Area Supervisor and Senior Area Coordinator until 1995. Karen then worked as the Assistant Director of Services at the same organization from 1996 to 2000. In 2002, they joined Southern California Rehabilitation Services as an Assistant Director and Human Resources Generalist until 2005. Since 2005, they have been associated with Union Station Homeless Services, where they have held various roles including Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, Employee Relations and Training Manager, and currently serves as the Associate Director of Human Resources.

Karen Corbid received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Pomona College in 1981. Prior to that, they attended Cornell College from 1977 to 1979. In 2002, they obtained their Masters degree in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University.
