Russo Federica

Russo Federica currently serves as the Customer Care Operations Manager at UTA Edenred - Italia since September 2021. Prior to this role, Russo held various positions at CHEP from April 2016 to September 2023, including Team Leader Field Service and Back Office Team Leader. From May 2010 to 2015, Russo worked at Shell as the Cards Sales Support Team Leader and previously as a Senior Project Manager, Master Data Team Leader, and CSP Professional from 2005 to December 2009. Early in the career, Russo was involved in Sales Support at DKV Euro Service from 1999 to 2005.
