Zak Jacoby

Zak Jacoby has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zak has recently been working as a Business Development Account Manager at Union since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant for Bar Rescue starting in March 2022. In September 2022, they joined Generalist World as a Member. Before that, Zak served as the Assistant General Manager at FREEHOLD Hospitality from March 2021 to October 2022, where they oversaw venue operations, executed programming and private events, and supervised a large staff. Zak also worked as the Director of Operations at Gatsby's Joint from January 2021 to December 2021, where they optimized the menu and beverage program, and diversified the programming. From 2015 to 2020, Zak was the General Manager at Gerber Group, where they developed programming and marketing strategies, managed property operations, and mentored staff. Zak also has experience as a General Manager at Omar's La Ranita, Private Dining Club, where they managed and led operations for a dual concept space. Zak's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Investment Sales at ERG Property Advisors, and as an Associate at VaynerMedia. Zak began their career as an Educational Leadership Consultant at Alpha Epsilon Pi, where they taught recruitment and programming techniques and acted as a liaison to corporate and non-profit partners.

Zak Jacoby has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona. Additionally, they have obtained a certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University, which they completed in 2020.
