Kajsa Qvist

Kajsa Qvist has extensive experience in leadership and HR within non-profit organizations, currently serving as a Processledare at Vision Fackförbund since March 2019. Previously, Kajsa worked at Röda Korsets Ungdomsförbund for nearly nine years in various roles including T.f generalsekreterare, Biträdande generalsekreterare, HR-konsult, and Samordnare, focusing on organizational development, HR issues, and operational planning. Earlier positions include Handläggare at Forum Syd, where responsibilities included advising on project management within the Ungdomsfonden, and an administrative assistant role at the Right Livelihood Award Foundation. Kajsa holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Gothenburg and a diploma in International Project Management from Globalverkstan.
