Elisabete Chaves has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as People Director and HR Director at Unipartner since June 2016. Prior to this, Elisabete held the position of HR & Resource Manager at Unisys Portugal from January 2013. Earlier roles include providing HR specialized training at ISPA from April 2012 to June 2013 and serving as an HR Business Consultant at Unisys from October 2005 to January 2013, contributing to various European projects and global HR activities. Elisabete's educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada and a five-year degree in Psychology from the same institution, complemented by training at Unisys University.
