Ohad Sobel

Ohad Sobel has been working in various roles since 2007. In 2021, they began working as an Operations Manager at Uniper. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Project Manager at Aroesty - Construction company, where they were responsible for recruiting and managing subcontractors and work teams, as well as recruiting and training employees. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Project Manager at Alumeshet, where they were responsible for projects of 500K-20M NIS and managing and developing new work processes and arrays. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Budget Manager at the Israel Defense Forces, where they were responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and supervising dedicated and operational budget utilization according to the work plan. From 2007 to 2013, they were an Operations Officer and Medical Organization Officer at the Israel Defense Forces, where they were responsible for emergency training for reserves units at hospitals, devising and leading organizational training and development processes, and managing emergency situations in real time.

Ohad Sobel received a Bachelor's degree in Consulting and Organizational Development from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2013-2015. Ohad also received a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2009-2012.
