Federico Cardini

Federico Cardini is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Country Manager for Uniper Renewables Italy since January 2023. Prior roles include Head of Business Development for Wind and Solar in Italy at Fortum and Uniper, and Business Development Manager at Lightsource bp and Grupo Tsolar Global S.A. Federico has extensive experience in technical advisory and business development related to renewable energy projects, especially in wind energy. Through roles at PROTOS S.p.A. and earlier positions, Federico has developed expertise in technical due diligence, energy yield assessment, and construction monitoring. Federico holds a Postgraduate Master's degree in Renewable Energy from Sapienza Università di Roma and a University Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, involvement in international projects, such as work with CIRPS in Saharawi Refugee Camps, highlights a commitment to sustainable development.
