Kim Jooste

Kim Jooste is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairperson of the Board at ACCESS Netherlands and an Advisory Board Member at Reverion, Kim also founded The No Limits Perspective, focusing on coaching and mentoring female executives. Previously, Kim held significant positions, including Vice President of Projects & Technology at MOL Group, Director at Shell Chemicals Ventures BV, and various managerial roles within Shell. Kim holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from North-West University.
