Joe Dontz

Joe Dontz is an experienced technology professional with a solid background in solution architecture and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Architecture at Uniphore since August 2022, Joe has previously held key roles at CDW from May 2013 to August 2022, including Principal Consulting Engineer. Additional experience includes positions at eLoyalty, Spectrum Health, and Priority Health, where Joe developed expertise in contact center technologies and engineering. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute.
