Karen Smith

Karen Smith is Sr. Vice President, Enterprise Sales and Global Sales Ambassador, at Uniphore. Bringing nearly 25 years of experience to this role, Karen is responsible for scaling the worldwide sales organization to support the company’s growth initiatives.

Prior to Uniphore, Karen served as VP of Worldwide Sales at Directly, Inc. a CX Automation AI platform provider, where she was responsible for rapid growth of enterprise customers. Karen has held positions as VP of Sales/US and Asia at TTech, Head of US Sales at Convergys and VP of Sales at Genesys. Karen has dedicated her career to developing sales teams focused on customer experience, contact center technology and artificial intelligence.

Throughout her career she has mentored rising sales professionals and is an outspoken advocate of women in leadership.
