Shafira Asiva Suri

Shafira Asiva Suri is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at UniPin since November 2020, where responsibilities include acting as an intermediary between management and employees, policy creation, and problem resolution. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior People Operations Specialist and Training and Development Specialist, focusing on career development, talent acquisition, and HR strategic planning. Shafira's earlier career at OTO Group involved roles in talent development, recruitment, and culture change management. Shafira holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Brawijaya.
