The leadership team at Uniplus Consultants has a long history of experience in the industry. The team's founding partner has worked as a consultant at SWIFT and a software engineer at Tata UNISYS. The team's other members have also worked in various industries, including MIS and finance. The team's education histories are also quite diverse, with members having studied electrical and electronics engineering at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and MIS at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
