With a background in bartending and front-of-house roles at Greene King and Halfway House Bar and Dining, Jess brings a wealth of customer service experience to their current position. Jess also has experience as an Assistant Coach at Saltaire Gym Club. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Policy at Leeds Beckett University, Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the same institution.

Unipol is a charity working nationally in the UK to improve training, standards and professionalism in student housing. Unipol operates a number of Accommodation Bureaux and websites designed specifically for the local market they are directed at. We currently operate bureaus in Leeds, Nottingham and Bradford. Unipol is the main national trainer in the niche area of student accommodation. Unipol Training runs over 40 events every year for all those involved in student accommodation provision throughout the United Kingdom.
