Francesca Giangiorgi

Francesca Giangiorgi has extensive experience in the restaurant and food and beverage industry, currently serving as Restaurant Manager at Gruppo Unipol since September 2022, where responsibilities include event organization, general and analytical accounting, inventory statistics, supplier negotiations, and strategic marketing. Previously, Francesca held the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at the same company, where fiscal management and event organization were also key duties. Other roles include Store Manager at Ktchn Lab and Pastry Chef at multiple establishments, including WORKING SOC COOP and Arisbar. Francesca holds a Level I Master's degree in Business Administration from Bologna Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Marketing from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
