Mario Bocca

Mario Bocca serves as the Group CIO for Gruppo Unipol since May 2007, overseeing IT strategy and services for the organization. Prior to this role, Mario Bocca held various positions, including COO and Chief Information Officer at Ania from 1998 to 2007, where responsibilities included the implementation of national insurance databases and automated claims systems. Between 1991 and 1999, Mario Bocca managed software development for the Italian Stock Exchange, and earlier experience includes a role as a software specialist at Digital Equipment Corporation, focusing on automation projects in financial services. Mario Bocca holds a Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Politecnico di Milano, completed in 1986.
