Bob Salo's earlier roles include Senior Food Safety Officer at the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence and Veterinary Services Technician in the U.S. Army. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and two Bachelor of Applied Science degrees from the University of Tennessee and The University of the State of New York.
