Kenny Roper has extensive experience in the foodservice industry, currently serving as the Departmental Vice President of Category Management & Private Brands at UniPro Foodservice since September 2017. Previously, Roper worked at Performance Food Group from December 2003 to September 2017, holding roles such as National Category Manager for Cheese, Dairy, Oils & Dressings and Vice President of Procurement & Marketing. Roper began their career at US Foods from June 1996 to December 2003, starting as a Produce Manager and advancing to Margin Manager, significantly increasing produce sales. Earlier experience includes working as a Produce and Beverage Buyer at Sysco from June 1993 to July 1996. Roper attended the University of Memphis from 1988 to 1996, pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management.
