Juliana Boja

Juliana Boja is an accomplished professional in the field of information technology and insurance, currently serving as the Head of P&C Factory at UNIQA IT Services since July 2024. With a robust background at UNIQA Insurance Group AG, Juliana holds the position of Managing Director for UNIQA Software Service Bulgaria and has contributed as Deputy Program Manager for the UNIQA Insurance Platform since February 2020. Prior to UNIQA, Juliana was a Program Manager at Zurich Insurance, leading a significant IT transformation program involving multiple teams across several countries. Additional experience includes a managerial role in Operational Transaction Services at Ernst & Young, and consultancy positions focused on treasury software implementations at Schwabe, Ley & Greiner. Juliana holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vienna and a Bachelor of Engineering Sciences in Computer Science from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg.
