Mirosław Deja

Mirosław Deja is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and IT leadership, currently serving as the Digital Transformation Lead and CIO at UNIQA Insurance Group AG since September 2019. In this role, Mirosław is responsible for developing customer-centric IT strategies, enhancing business efficiency through advanced digital solutions, and overseeing IT services within budgetary constraints. With prior experience as the IT Director at T-Mobile Poland from July 2001 to August 2019, Mirosław led multiple successful digital transformation initiatives, managed IT products and services, and contributed to significant projects within the Deutsche Telekom Group. Mirosław also held leadership roles in business intelligence, e-commerce, and product development throughout a diverse career that began in the late 1990s. Educational qualifications include multiple master's degrees in information technology, marketing, and management from Kozminski University and the Military University of Technology.
