Piotr Nowak is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and team management. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at UNIQA Insurance Group AG since 2021, Piotr oversees a team of over 40 programmers and testers, facilitating cross-domain communication for various technology streams. Previously, at AXA from 2016 to 2021, Piotr held roles as Team Lead/Scrum Master and Senior Oracle Developer/Solutions Architect, contributing to architecture design and team management in bancassurance and application development.
