Roger Baumann has extensive experience in digital marketing and operations, currently serving as the Head of Digital Delivery & Operations at UNIQA Insurance Group AG since May 2017. Previously held roles include Digital Channels Manager and Digital Product Owner at the same company. Prior to UNIQA, Roger worked at point of origin Marketing Consulting & Consumer Intelligence as a Project Manager focusing on Digital and Business Transformation. At Wienerberger AG, Roger refined the global digital marketing strategy, enhancing brand awareness and managing website redesigns across Europe. Additional experience includes roles at Merck, MSD, and T-Mobile Austria, specializing in multi-channel marketing and digital brand management. Roger holds a degree in Multi-Media Art from the University of Applied Sciences Salzburg.
