Zoja Kral

Zoja Kral is an accomplished Group People Project Manager and Head of Group Compensation & Benefits at UNIQA Insurance Group AG since February 2013. With prior experience at Hay Group from February 2005 to January 2013, Zoja held various managerial roles, including Interim Productized Services Manager for the Czech Republic and Hong Kong, and led a team managing key client relationships and business development. Earlier, Zoja served as a Financial Analyst at Deloitte from February 2004 to January 2005. Zoja holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave and an International Baccalaureate diploma.
