Andrew James

Andrew James serves as the Finance and Operations Lead at UNIQA Ventures GmbH since July 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Head of Finance and Controlling at Adverity from September 2018 to June 2021. During tenure at Adverity, Andrew established the financial department, managed financial and accounting processes across Austria, the UK, and the US, and led due diligence for multiple significant investment rounds. Responsibilities included creating financial processes and models, overseeing commission and bonus structures, consolidating financial statements across three countries, and delivering comprehensive reporting to C-level executives and the Board. Expertise also encompasses SaaS KPI reporting and detailed financial analysis.
