Sedondra Ellis

Sedondra Ellis is a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer success and service. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Uniqode since July 2022, Sedondra previously held roles in customer success at SiteMinder and progressed through various positions in customer service and sales at the Internal Revenue Service, Shelby County Schools, Regions Bank, and Marriott Hotels. Sedondra began an educational journey at The University of Memphis, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from 2006 to 2010.
