Victor Vilmont

Victor Vilmont has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In 1999, they began their career as the Head of Development at XOL & Company Ltd. In 2001, they became the Executive Director at Binary.com (formerly Regent Markets Group), where they were responsible for operations and development of an exotic options platform. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Product Manager at Mansion Group, one of the world's largest Online Casinos. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Western Union Business Solutions, where they were responsible for product partnerships, pricing, online channel, corporate products, and the overall Chief Product Owner responsibility. In 2013, they became the Director of Product and Platform Solutions at Western Union Digital Ventures, where they were responsible for product compliance, international sites upgrade and product integration. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Vice President of Innovation and Product Management at Emergent Technology, where they were responsible for platform innovation, technology, product management for blockchain-based wallet and supply chain solution. Currently, they are the President & CEO of Unique Exchange Inc, where they are focused on building the pre-eminent exchange for exotic assets and digitizing the $25B US unpaid property taxes and $160B foreclosure market as their first product.

Victor Vilmont has obtained an MBA from the University of Wales in International Business and Investment Management, as well as a BSc from the International University of Business and Management in IT Applied in Business.
