Andrew Laing

Andrew Laing has a diverse work experience in the marine industry. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as a Survey Technician at Martin Mid East, where they supported various projects such as Palm Island works and conducted surveys. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Survey Engineer at 7 Sea Geosciences. Since 2012, they have been with Unique Group, where they held different roles including Marine Rental & Technical Support, Project Management & Service, Divisional Manager for Diving, Life Support, Marine and Subsea, and currently holds the position of Director: Creation - Diving + Life Support | BD - Africa.

Andrew Laing completed their Executive MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town in 2026. Prior to that, they attended Abbotts Colleges in 2001. Andrew also holds additional certifications in Work at Heights and Confined Space Entry from Pro Skills Development (Pty) Ltd.
