Mark Stachura

Mark Stachura has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mark currently holds the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Unique Industries, where they are responsible for implementing strategic plans and enhancing the employee experience. Prior to this, they held positions at Quaker Chemical Corporation and VWR, part of Avantor, where they served as a Human Resources Manager and Global Human Resources Business Partner, respectively. In these roles, they implemented HRIS systems, automated processes, and served as a strategic partner for various business functions. Additionally, Mark worked at Aluminum Shapes LLC as a Human Resources Generalist, where they managed employee relations, supervised security personnel, and supported environmental and safety initiatives.

Mark Stachura completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Holy Family University from 2000 to 2004. Mark then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Holy Family University from 2004 to 2006.
