Toktam Bagheri, board member, got her M.Sc. in communication engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in 2007. She has the experience of working as a researcher, team leader, project manager and CEO in her career. During her Master’s and after that she was working in Autoliv AB, which is one of the pioneers in vehicle safety.
Her focus was mainly on sensor fusion, accurate positioning and digital map. After Autoliv, she joined Trebax AB as a research engineer and signal-processing expert. She has developed signal-processing algorithms for FMCW radars for different applications. Her experience in radar and sensor fusion was needed at Volvo Cars Corporation. Thus, she continues in sensor fusion group at Volvo. Her experiences range from image processing, radar signal processing, FPGA/VHDL development, communication, networking, sensor fusion, tracking, digital map and autonomous driving to system integration.
