Carla Calhias CA(SA) currently serves as a Senior Group Reporting Specialist at uniQure since July 2023. Prior to this role, Carla held positions at KPMG Nederland as an Audit Supervisor and Senior Auditor from January 2021 to August 2023. Experience at BDO South Africa as an Audit Trainee was gained from February 2018 to December 2020. In January 2019, Carla briefly worked as a Production Runner at Triosphere and completed vacation studentships at Mazars in South Africa and Grant Thornton LLP in April and July 2014, respectively. Early in the career, Carla worked as a Student Office Assistant at WTS Broadcast Systems for a month in February 2012. Carla holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) degree from Stellenbosch University, completed in 2017, and an IEB National Certificate from Epworth Independent High School for Girls, obtained in 2011.
