Dongli Guan

Dongli Guan is an accomplished bioprocessing professional with extensive experience in gene therapy and manufacturing sciences. Currently serving as Director of MSAT at uniQure since April 2025, Dongli has previously held prominent roles at Sarepta Therapeutics and Intellia Therapeutics, where responsibilities included leading technical transfers of AAV drug processes and managing teams in process development and analytical functions. With a strong foundation in upstream and downstream processes, Dongli has a history of advancing technology transfers from pre-clinical stages to commercialization, supported by a solid academic background with a Ph.D. in Biology from Louisiana State University and a B.S. in Biotechnology from Huazhong Agricultural University.
