Richa Jaiswal

Richa Jaiswal, PhD, PMP, currently serves as the Associate Director of MSAT Downstream and Technology Transfer at Oxford Biomedica since March 2022, where responsibilities include downstream manufacturing development and technology transfer for gene therapy and gene editing processes. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Process Engineer II and Senior Process Engineer I at Homology Medicines, Inc. from September 2020 to February 2022, focusing on manufacturing support. At LakePharma, Inc., from January 2017 to August 2020, Richa led a team of protein biochemists and contributed significantly to protein purification strategies and methods. Earlier career stages involved various research positions at Brandeis University from September 2009 to December 2016, after earning a PhD in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, along with an MSc and BSc in Biochemistry and Chemistry from Banaras Hindu University.
