Namrata Agarwal

Namrata Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations risk management and compliance. Currently serving as Associate Director - ARC at Uniqus Consultech Inc. since August 2023, Namrata previously held several key positions at IKEA India, including Operations Risk Management Leader and Compliance Specialist from January 2017 to July 2023. Prior to that, Namrata was a Senior Manager at Bharti Airtel IN for a brief period in late 2016 and worked at KPMG as an Assistant Manager from July 2012 to September 2016. Namrata began their career at S R Batliboi, where the role was held from September 2008 to June 2012. Namrata’s educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Hindu College, and a certification as an Internal Auditor from IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors.
