Łukasz Paluch

Łukasz Paluch has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Łukasz started their career in 2004 as a Service Technician at National Filter Service, where they ensured the proper functioning and servicing of air conditioners in various establishments. Łukasz then worked as a Front of House Porter at The Ardilaun Hotel in 2005, where they were responsible for the preparation and ongoing service of banquet halls during events and corporate conferences. In 2006, they became a Medical Sales Representative at Astellas Pharma, and in this role, they were involved in sales activities related to medical products. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Trilogiq Poland as a Technical Sales Engineer, responsible for the sales and business development of the company. Later, they became the Manager of Sales and Business Development for the same company, where they were in charge of establishing and organizing the company's branch in Wrocław, including office management, production, and warehouse operations. Lastly, from 2013 onwards, Łukasz joined UNIS Group as an Account Manager in Poland. In this role, they represented the company throughout the country, responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients, increasing sales, and coordinating branch activities in Wrocław.

- In the years 2012-2013, they attended the ICAN Institute and obtained a degree named "Studia Podyplomowe" in the field of "First Time Manager".

- From 2010 to 2011, they studied at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu, where they completed a "Studia Podyplomowe" degree in "Lean Manager".

- In the years 2008-2009, they pursued "Studia Podyplomowe" in "Zarządzanie sprzedażą" at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu.
