Paul McGinnis

Paul McGinnis has extensive experience in maintenance and operations management, currently serving as Director of Maintenance at UniSea, Inc. since September 2019, where strategic initiatives have led to site-wide cost reduction. Previously, as Maintenance Manager, Paul achieved a 15% reduction in downtime expenditures by reviewing maintenance KPIs and PM schedules. Paul held the role of Maintenance Superintendent at Domtar from 2012 to 2019, where collaboration with local unions resulted in successful reliability initiatives. Early in the career, Paul served as Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor, streamlining departments and developing educational programs in partnership with local technical colleges. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lakeland University, a Technical Diploma in Human Resource Management from Northcentral Technical College, and an Associate's Degree in Supervisory Management from Mid-State Technical College.
