Linda Costabile has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Linda most recently worked at UNISERS as the Chief of Staff, where they developed organization-wide processes and facilitated effective meetings. Prior to that, Linda was the Chief of Staff at B3i, where they adapted to a dynamic startup environment and handled operational priorities. Linda also worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Strategy and Execution Manager, creating reporting and presentations for senior executives and organizing innovation conferences. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Zurich North America, including Project Leader, Recovery Specialist, and Business Analyst, where they improved productivity, managed claims, and led vendor management training. Linda began their career as an intern at ADR Center and worked as an ACT Instructor and Tutor at The Princeton Review.

Linda Costabile's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Indiana University Bloomington and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business in 2004. Afterward, they attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.

Additionally, Linda has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In October 2012, they received the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters) certification from the CPCU Society. More recently, they completed various online courses and obtained certifications such as "Decentralized Finance (DeFi): The Future of Finance Specialization" from Coursera in March 2022, "Create a Go-to-Market Plan" from LinkedIn in December 2021, and "Strategic Partnerships" from LinkedIn in the same month.

Linda has also completed certifications in "Agile Project Leadership," "Building High-Performance Teams," "Presentation Tips for Pitching to Investors," "Ways to Build a Winning Team: Trust, Freedom, and Play," "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners," "Certificate in Digital Insurance," "Leading with Innovation," "Meeting Facilitation," and "Presenting Technical Information with Stories."
