Stephen Haller has over 20 years of experience in the advanced materials and high value manufacturing sectors. In 2020, they began working as the Director of Future Materials Group (FMG), an independent strategic advisory firm, and as the Managing Director of Lumia Consulting, a business consulting firm in the specialty chemicals, additives, and resins industry. In 2019, they were the COO and Advisor of UniSieve AG, the Owner of STECO Partners - Capitalmind GmbH, the Chief Executive Officer of Konapharma Ltd., and the Senior VP North America and Member of the Group Executive Committee of SI Group. In this role, they drove EBIT/EBITDA up by >50% between 2016-2018, completed integration of transformational M&A initiatives, and established market focused value strategies to drive growth. In the same year, they were also the Senior VP Strategy, M&A, New Business Development and Member of the Group Executive Committee at SI Group. In 2014, they began working as the Senior VP North America and Member of the Group Executive Committee at SI Group. In 2008, they were the Chairman of the Board, Vice President Europe & Middle East, and Member of the Group Executive Committee at SI Group. In 2004, they were on the Board of Directors of ARA Rhein AG and in 2003, they were the CEO, General Manager, and Board of Directors of SI Group-Switzerland, GmbH. Finally, in 2001, they were the Vice President Group Marketing & Sales and Member of the Group Executive Committee of Von Roll.

Stephen Haller completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management from ETH Zürich in 1985. In 2006 and 2007, they attended the University of Zurich for Advanced Studies in Corporate Finance. Stephen then attended the Global CEO Program IESE/Wharton/CEIBS at the IESE Business School in 2017 and 2018. In 2020, they completed a Certificate from the Fast Track Board Academy at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne).
