Shawna Nyhaug

Shawna Nyhaug is an experienced professional with a strong background in client experience and operations management. As the Director of Client Experience at UnisLink from March 2022 to May 2024, Shawna played a key role in shaping the organization’s client experience strategy. Prior to this, Shawna held the position of Director of Client Operations at NSN Revenue Resources from July 2020 to April 2022, and previously served as an Insurance Verification Manager at Aflac while also working as an independent consultant and Office Manager at Bethesda of Beresford. Shawna’s career includes roles as an Account Executive and Project Manager at DocuTAP. Shawna's educational background includes studies at Northern State University and Southeast Tech.
