John Schiefen

John Schiefen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial operations, sales management, and engineering within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Commercial Operations Leader at Unison Industries since March 1997, John directs a team focused on sales planning, customer strategy development, and commercial compliance. Previous roles include OEM Sales Director, where John managed significant customer contracts, and Director of Aftermarket and Government Sales and Marketing, leading a team generating over $150M in sales. John’s career highlights also include key engineering leadership positions with the USAF, where responsibilities spanned propulsion system performance and engineering logistics. John holds a Master’s degree in Logistics Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse University.
