Jaun Park

Jaun Park has extensive international experience within the electricity sector, starting his career in South Africa in 1995, where he gained experience in the fields of power quality and power systems engineering. He relocated to New Zealand in 2004 and worked for Vector, before joining Unison in 2006 as Network Development Manager. In 2010 Jaun was appointed to the role of General Manager Networks and Operations.

Jaun is leading the development and management of Unison’s electricity infrastructure assets to ensure that the company can extract maximum value from its assets, today and into a changing energy future.

Jaun holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering, and a Master’s degree in electrical engineering. He is a chartered member of the Institute of Professional Engineers of New Zealand and CIGRE, and serves on a number of national working groups.
