Li-Am Cohen Carter

Li-Am Cohen Carter is currently employed as a Steward at Unison since January 2024, while also serving as the Associate Leader for Student Enrichment Experience at Gosforth Group Multi Academy Trust since September 2012, where responsibilities include managing stakeholders to support 1,800 students across five year groups. Previous roles include Careers Leader, responsible for developing a Careers Programme for students in years 9-13, and Post 16 Progression Manager at Newcastle City Council, as well as various advisory positions at Gateshead Council and Middlesbrough Council focused on youth engagement in education and training. Li-Am is pursuing CIPD qualifications for Human Resources Management, building on a solid educational background that includes a PGDip in Careers Guidance and a BSc in Human Organisations.
