Vincent Wu

Vincent Wu, CPA, currently serves as Vice President at both Unisoy Foods and AFC Soy Foods, Inc. since October 2019. Prior to these roles, Vincent was with EY from September 2011 to October 2019, progressing from Assurance Staff to Manager in M&A Operational Transaction Services. Additionally, Vincent gained teaching experience as a Financial & Managerial Accounting Instructor-Assistant at the University of Southern California, and completed an internship at Ernst & Young. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, along with a high school diploma from San Marino High School.
