Lauren Ellitt

Lauren Ellitt is the Principal of Marketing & Communications at Unispace in Australia. Lauren has over 15 years of experience in bid management and cash management consulting.

Lauren started their career as a Senior Cash Management Consultant at HSBC Commercial Banking in August 2017. Lauren was quickly promoted to Associate Director, Bid Management at Commonwealth Bank in May 2015. In this role, they were responsible for leading workshops to surface client intelligence and develop effective value propositions, and translating this into impactful content. Lauren also advised partners on bid strategy, processes and pitches.

In July 2021, Lauren joined Unispace as the Principal of Marketing & Communications. In this role, they are responsible for establishing and embedding a rapidly growing APAC bid and pursuit function, including efficient processes and systems to ensure quality and consistency and drive efficiencies. Lauren also manages strategic pursuits for key target opportunities and panels to maximise win probability.

Lauren Ellitt has a Bachelor of Commerce (Dean's Scholar) from the University of Wollongong and an exchange in International/Global Studies from The University of Sheffield. Lauren also has certification from Scotwork Australia in Advanced Negotiation Skills, the Association of Corporate Treasurers in Award in Cash Management Fundamentals, and Shipley Associates: We Help Companies Win Business in Managing Strategic Proposals and Winning Executive Summaries.
