Sean Gilman

Sean Gilman is the VP of National Security Business Unit at Unissant. Sean has over 18 years of experience in program management and electrical engineering. Sean has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Sean started their career as an electrical engineer at Germane Systems in 2003. Sean quickly transitioned into program management and became a systems engineering manager. In 2013, Sean left Germane Systems to join ECS Federal, Inc. and Quasars, Inc. as a program manager supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA). In 2017, Sean moved to Unisys where they continued to support DHS, this time Customs and Border Protection (CBP), as a program manager and scaled agile coach. In October 2019, Sean took on the role of Director, National Security Business at Brillient Corporation. Sean remained in this position until June 2021 when they joined Unissant as the VP of National Security Business Unit.

Sean Gilman has a MS Technology Management from George Mason University - School of Business, a BS Electrical Engineering from University of South Florida, and a Pre-Engineering certification from Troy University.
