George Poh

George Poh currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Unisteel Technology Limited since September 1995, leading the company through its transition from a publicly listed entity on the Singapore Exchange to a private equity portfolio under KKR. In addition, George holds leadership roles as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Unisteel China and Unisteel Malaysia, and has assumed various management positions including GM, MD, CTO, and COO. George also leads the Electronics Division as a member of the Group Executive Board at SFS Group. Past directorships include several companies such as Unifund Investors Ltd and Takumi Unitech Pte Ltd. George's military service includes a tenure as a Captain in the Singapore Army from 1985 to 2005. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Management Consultant and Senior Engineer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Hull, a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
