Emily Ruan

Emily Ruan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial operations and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Finance Operations Manager at UniSuper, Emily has led automation transformation projects to enhance accounting processes. Prior to this, as Head of Finance at Bank First, responsibilities included ensuring the integrity of financial records, managing statutory reporting, and developing financial policies. Emily's experience also includes senior roles at Beyond Bank Australia, EECU Limited, Northern Trust Corporation, LJCB Investment Pty Ltd, Goldman Sachs, and Lachlan Partners. Emily holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
