Louise Clarke has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Louise is currently employed at UniSuper as the Lead People Partner, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as an HR Business Partner at UniSuper from September 2021 to August 2022. Louise also acted as the Head of Capability at UniSuper from November 2020 to December 2021. Before joining UniSuper, Louise worked at Australian Unity, where they held various positions including Digital Change & Education Lead from September 2016 to January 2018, Group Change Manager from September 2013 to September 2016, and Group Capability Manager from August 2012 to September 2013. In 2009, they attended Swinburne University of Technology and completed a Graduate Diploma in Commerce with a specialization in Human Resource Management. Louise'sstudies at Swinburne University lasted until 2011.

Before attending Swinburne University, from 2002 to 2003, Louise studied at Malpas Flexible Learning in the UK. There, they obtained a Certificate IV in TAA, focusing on Workforce Development and Training.
