Louise Clarke

Louise Clarke has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Louise is currently employed at UniSuper as the Lead People Partner, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as an HR Business Partner at UniSuper from September 2021 to August 2022. Louise also acted as the Head of Capability at UniSuper from November 2020 to December 2021. Before joining UniSuper, Louise worked at Australian Unity, where they held various positions including Digital Change & Education Lead from September 2016 to January 2018, Group Change Manager from September 2013 to September 2016, and Group Capability Manager from August 2012 to September 2013. Louise also worked as a Manager Development & Change at Australian Unity from September 2008 to August 2012.
