Niamh Nolan

Manager, CX Insights & Research at UniSuper

Niamh Nolan has extensive work experience in various roles within the superannuation industry. Niamh is currently the Manager of CX Insights & Research at UniSuper, where they are responsible for gathering and analyzing customer experience data. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Design Researcher at UniSuper, focusing on improving customer experiences through research and testing.

Before joining UniSuper, Niamh worked at Cbus Super Fund as a VOC and CX Design Specialist. In this role, they led research activities to identify and address customer pain points, conducted user testing, and facilitated workshops to develop customer journey maps and service blueprints. Niamh also worked as a VOC/CX Insights Analyst at Cbus Super Fund, where they analyzed customer feedback and insights to inform business decisions.

Niamh has also worked at Forethought Research as a Market Research Consultant and at Mercer as an Actuarial Consultant and Client Manager. In these roles, they provided advisory services, conducted research, and managed projects related to superannuation funding, investment strategy, and legislative changes.

Niamh'sprevious experience at Mercer includes working as an Actuarial Analyst/Consultant, where they provided actuarial support and analysis.

Throughout their career, Niamh has demonstrated expertise in customer experience research, design, and analysis within the superannuation industry. Niamh'swork has contributed to improving the overall customer experience for members and employers.

Niamh Nolan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial and Financial Studies from University College Dublin between 2002 and 2006. Niamh later obtained the certification of Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. In addition, Niamh has also obtained certifications in Forrester CX Champion, Forrester Innovating CX, and Regulatory Guide 146 (RG 146) from institutions such as Forrester and Kaplan.
