Jolie Yang

Jolie Yang is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel, Product at Uniswap Labs since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jolie held the position of Senior Product Counsel at Coinbase from January 2021 to August 2023, where significant contributions included leading legal and compliance analyses for the Base layer two blockchain, enhancing the international strategy for USDC in over 33 countries, and supporting Coinbase Wallet's initiatives. As Corporate Counsel at Coinbase, Jolie oversaw securities and reporting while leading various corporate initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions as Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, specializing in capital markets, as well as serving as a Legal Research Assistant at Academia Sinica in Taiwan. Jolie holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from The Ohio State University.
